Landed safe in PNG
We were taken from the airport directly to Capitol City Baptist Church where we enjoyed the morning service.  We got settled into our place here which is a shared missionary compound. It seems like we will be here for the next few days. We went to Morata Baptist church for the evening service. They are having a missions conference going on right now and the 5 of us guys sang a special at it.
Today is PNG's Memorial Day so we will be taking in a few of the nearby sights today.
There are still some issues getting the remaining Bibles released from the port.
Things seemed to run slow in Fiji but Bro Brooks said things run even slower in PNG
Please pray that the Bibles get released quickly and that Bro Brooks will be able to get all of the storage fees waived as well.If you remember for Fiji they had to pay around $47,000 to get the Bibles out of storage , but it sounds like we don't have to do anything like that for PNG.
If things go as planned we will be distributing Bibles starting tomorrow( our Tuesday ).

PNG Time

This morning started in the usual PNG way, the 4 that were supposed to go to the school up in the mountains waited for a couple hours then found out that the road was too bad and could not go.    We did a little shopping and then after lunch went to the Catholic school.  The school was quite large, we handed out about 850 Bibles.  We did our usual intruductions, both Ob and Joe gave their testimonies. Pastor Hunter preached a clear gospel message. If there was one thing that was clear it was "you Can know right now that you are going to heaven" the kids were very receptive and listened well. After that we came back.    The boys went swimming for a while in the ocean, we then had supper and then off to church.  We went to Bro Neilish church and Brother Hunter came with his church to join us.
