7th Day Adventist School & Bible Institute
Today we had a good day, we left earlier this morning to get to a 7th day adventist school. We were there at about 8:30 but they were busy and could not accommodate us but said that we could have a pulic assembly at 10:40am. So we hung out there as it was a long way from anywhere and was on a bumpy gravel road. They had a farm that we looked at and visited with some of the students that were not in class. They finally called the assembly and we were able to start our presentation. They sang some songs for us and then Bro Brooks began the presentation. We sang and Joe and I shared our testimonies. Bro Brooks preached and then we handed out Bibles. We did not have another school so we hung around to mingle with the students. Many wanted their Bibles signed and many of the students wanted their pictures with our young men. Very good reception amongst students and staff.
We then went to the mall for lunch and back to Mapang. We were invited by Bro Homes to come to the Bible Institute to sing and give our testimonies and tell them about Canada. We then had a good time of fellowship afterwards. Grabbed something to eat and back to Mapang.
Tomorrow we are heading to two schools about 2 hours away. We leave here at 6am so that means personal devotions, breakfast, and group devotions first and then head out Bro Brooks wants Joe to preach at one of the schools and me at the other. Should be an interesting day.
This morning Ben lead devotions. He had a really good thought on "God has filled our tank full of fuel, are we just going to idle and waist the fuel or are we going to use it for the Lord".
Thanks for all your prayers
Bro Wiebe
